The May meeting was a talk by Andrea Atherton,  the Head Gardener Bryngwyn Hall on the Halls famous Poison Garden. The meeting was very well attended with over 40 people comimg along to hear the talk.

Andrea explained how the garden came about and how it was set up as well as talking about the plants in it. It was fascinating to understand that many garden plants are poisonous if they are eaten.

Andrea illuminated her presentation with photographs of many of the very poisonous plants that are held in the collection at Bryngwyn Hall.
